Most executives use Audio Visual systems for their company to share data or information about their respective departments during meetings, seminars, conferences and trainings to communicate with outside organizations. To do this, they show their presentations from their computers or other devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, laptops and other gadgets that will sync with the Audio Visual equipment of other departments or organizations.

Audio Visual systems normally contain different sub-systems that address the part of the communication needs. A subsystem is a group of Audio Visual devices that could work independently and as an integral part of a larger communication need.
