If the preferred time slot is booked out, please just Book it in and add notes into description with details of best time suited and We will call you to Organise the best suited time.
Booking’s before 2pm will be able to receive next day service if the availability is there. Bookings after 2pm, please call 1800 144 199 to make sure we can carry out the service, even if there is Availablity.
When you book in the time, please take note of the 2 Hour Lead Time. So if you book in an install at 2pm, we will arrive between 2 – 4pm.

Delivery of TV (if TV is supplied from UHT, arrangements can be made via further enquiry with the Universal team)
1 x Tutorial on operation

1 x Cabling concealed inside wall cavity (cables extra)
1 x Optimisation and recommendation of cabling for best results
1 x Site visit
