What’s Included In A Standard TV Wall Mount:
- Delivery of TV (if TV is supplied from UHT, arrangements can be made via further enquiry with the Universal team)
- 1 x Site visit
- 1 x Brush wall plate including wall mount clip for wall plate
- 1 x Cabling concealed inside wall cavity (cables extra)
- 1 x Audit of connected equipment
- 1 x Optimisation and recommendation of cabling for best results
- 1 x Reconnection of equipment
- 1 x Tutorial on operation
What’s Included In A Standard Service Call:
- 1 x Site visit
- 30 mins on site tech time
- Anytime after 30 mins charged @ $125 hour
Important Note:
If the preferred time slot is booked out, please just Book it in and add notes into description with details of best time suited and We will call you to Organise the best suited time.
- Booking’s before 2pm will be able to receive next day service if the availability is there. Bookings after 2pm, please call 1800 144 199 to make sure we can carry out the service, even if there is Availablity
- When you book in the time, please take note of the 2 Hour Lead Time. So if you book in an install at 2pm, we will arrive between 2 – 4pm
